What’s included in a maintenance visit?
Each visit includes a full inspection of your lighting or audio system, cleaning of accessible fixtures, bulb and component checks, timer or control adjustments, and minor repairs. Premium members also receive free replacement of bulbs and minor parts.
Can I add more fixtures or components to my plan?
Absolutely. Add-ons are available at competitive rates: $4–$6 per foot for additional roofline, $15–$18 per landscape fixture, and $25–$35 per audio component depending on your plan tier.
What if I have a different brand of lights or audio?
We service most major brands. The only exception is Govee systems, which we do not support. If you're unsure, just ask—we're happy to confirm compatibility.
How do I sign up or switch from another provider?
